DECLARING OCTOBER 12, 1973, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN QUEZON CITY.

WHEREAS, Friday, October 12, 1973, marks the 34th Foundation Anniversary of Quezon City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Quezon City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, October 12, 1973, as a special public holiday in Quezon City.
