DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 11 TO 17, 1973, AS MANAGEMENT CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK.

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the Government to promote management consciousness in both the public and private sectors to help achieve the developmental goals of the nation;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Council of Management is sponsoring a Fourth Philippine Management Congress from November 14 to 16, 1973, which will be attended by management experts, practitioners and educators from the Philippines and other Asian-Pacific countries; and

WHEREAS, management consciousness is essential to promote better business practices, increase production and improve public administration and services, which are vital prerequisites to economic development, social progress and stability;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from November 11 to 17, 1973, as “MANAGEMENT CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK.”
