RESERVING FOR REGIONAL MANPOWER TRAINING CENTER SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BUDBOD, DAVAO CITY.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or other modes of disposition a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Budbod, Davao City, subject to private rights, if any there be, and reserve the same for Regional Manpower Training Center site purposes under the administration of the National Manpower Youth Council, which property is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 595-A
Regional Manpower Training Center Site

A parcel of land designated as Lot No. 595-A, being a portion of Lot 595 Cad. 102 situated at Budbod, Davao City, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 595-B, on the SE., along line 4-1 by National Road, on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 505-B and on the NW., along 2-3 by Lot 1080 (Public land). Beginning at point marked “1” on plan being S 17 deg. 35' E., 1496.66 meters from BLLM No. 11, Davao Cadastre 102.
