DECLARING NOVEMBER 4 TO 11, 1973, AS VOLLEYBALL CONSCIOUSNESS WEEK

WHEREAS, the promotion of sports for the development of a sound mind and healthy body is one of the policies of the Government; and

WHEREAS, the Philippine Volleyball Association of the Philippines is sponsoring from November 4 to 11, 1973, nationwide competitions and seminars on volleyball coachings and mechanics of competition in an effort to share in the overall physical fitness program of the Government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from November 4 to 11, 1973, as Volleyball Consciousness Week.
