EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE ELKS CEREBRAL PALSY PROJECT, INC.

WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc. was authorized under Proclamation No. 1008, dated January 11, 1973, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign from May 1 to June 30, 1973; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs additional time for the conduct of its campaign to realize its campaign goal for the operation of its Center;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., up to August 31, 1973.
