FURTHER EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1973.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association was authorized under Proclamation No. 1095 dated January 9, 1973, to extend its educational and fund campaign up to June 30, 1973;

WHEREAS, the association needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association up to December 31, 1973.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
