MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 1152, June 11, 1973 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 69 DATED SEPTEMBER 23, 1954, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 69 dated September 23, 1954, which established the Government Center reservation situated in the City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion is more particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND (Portion of Lot No. 1277, Case No. 1, B.L. Cad. No. 14, Zamboanga Townsite Cadastral Record No. 7880) situated at Pettit Barracks, Zamboanga City, Island of Mindanao, Philippines. Bounded on the North, along lines 2-3-4 by portion of Lot No. 1277, Case 1, B.L. Cad. No. 14, Cadastral Record No. 7880, Zamboanga Townsite, (Road); on the East, along line 4–5, by portion of Lot No. 1277, Case 1, B.L. Cad. No. 14, Cadastral Record No. 7780, Zamboanga Townsite; on the South, by Public Foreshore Land; and on the West, along line 1–2, portion of Lot No. 1227, Case 1, B.L. Cad. No. 14, Cadastral Record No. 7880, Zamboanga Townsite. Beginning at point marked “1” on the plan being S. 44 deg. 40' E., 814.38 meters from Mon. 37, Cad. 14, Zamboanga townsite. thence N. 22 deg. 40' E., 17.49 m. to point 2; thence S. 59 deg. 20' E., 75.07 m. to point 3; thence S. 43 deg. 40' E., 37.23 m. to point 4; thence S. 9 deg. 38' W., 10.10 m. to point 5; thence N. 58 deg. 20' W., 112.12 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (1,854) SQUARE METERS.
