EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 68 DATED AUGUST 6, 1925, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION, A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, SITUATED IN RESIDENTIAL SECTION “A”, BAGUIO TOWNSITE, BAGUIO CITY, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by Law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 63 dated August 6, 1925, which established the Government Center Reservation, a certain portion of the land embraced therein, situated in Residential Section “A”, Baguio Townsite, Island of Luzon, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
Portion of Lot No. 100-a
A Parcel of land (Portion of Lot No. 100-a, Government Center) situated in the Res. Sec. “A”, City of Baguio. Bounded on the Northeast, by Leonard Wood Road; on the southeast, by North Drive Road; on the southwest, by Social Welfare Administration Lot; and on the Northwest, by Vallejo Hotel Site. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 41 deg. 29' E., 390.83 m. from Triangulation Station “HAPPY” Baguio Townsite.
