EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE RESPONSIBLE PARENTHOOD COUNCIL TO DECEMBER 31, 1973

WHEREAS, the Responsible Parenthood Council was authorized under Proclamation No. 1031 dated June 14, 1972, to conduct a fund campaign from June 1972 to May 1973, to enable it to carry out its objective of disseminating information and techniques on family planning all over the country; and

WHEREAS, the Council needs more time to solicit public support to carry on its laudable purposes;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund drive of the Responsible Parenthood Council to May 31, 1974.
