DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 21, 1973, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY
WHEREAS, the 20th (Good Friday) and the 22nd (Sunday) days of April, nineteen hundred and seventy-three being public holidays, the 21st day of the same month, may be declared as a special public holiday without prejudice to the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Saturday, April 21, 1973, as a special public holiday;
