[ Proclamation No. 1123, March 27, 1973 ]

RESERVING FOR MEMORIAL SHRINE PURPOSES FOR THE WAR DEAD A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAVINTI, LAGUNA.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale or other modes of disposition and reserve for memorial shrine purposes for the war dead a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Cavinti, Laguna, more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (unsegregated portion of Lots 403 and 404 of the Cadastral Survey of Cavinti), situated in the Barrio of Talaongan, Municipality of Cavinti. Bounded on the NE and SE by portion of Lot 404; on the SW by portion of Lot 403 and 404; on the NW by portion of Lot 403 and 404. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N38-09W, 935.91 m. from BLLM No. 9, Cavinti Cad. Thence N37-30E, 72.00 m. to point 2; thence S53-30E, 50.00 m. to point 3; thence S37-30W, 72.00 m. to point 4; thence N52-30W, 50.00 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED (3,600) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

The reservation is subject to all the conditions contained in the “Agreement” dated March 23, 1973, entered into by and between the National Power Corporation and the Japanese Embassy.

All executive orders or proclamations inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.1aшphi1
