DECLARING AS MANOBO CIVIL RESERVATION A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS SHOWN AND DESCRIBED IN BUREAU OF FORESTRY MAP CR-106, SITUATED IN GUADALUPE, AGUSAN DEL SUR.

Upon recommendation of the Director of Forestry, approved by the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 84 of the Public Land Act, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby set aside as a Civil Reservation for the Manobos of Agusan del Sur a parcel of land of the public domain containing an aggregate area of approximately 1,590 hectares situated in Guadalupe, Agusan del Sur, subject to valid private rights existing at the time this proclamation is issued, if any there be, under the administration of the Commissioner, Commission on National Integration, in accordance with existing laws and regulations, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“Beginning at a point marked “1” in Bureau of Forestry Map No. CR-106, which is identical to Corner 15, A and D, Project No. 21-D;
