EXTENDING THE FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION UP TO JUNE 30, 1973.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association authorized under Proclamation No. 1018 dated May 25, 1972, to extend its educational and fund campaign up to December 31, 1972; and

WHEREAS, the association needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association up to June 30, 1973.
