EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND DRIVE OF THE PHILIPPINE CANCER SOCIETY, INC.

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 958, dated January 31, 1972, the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc. was authorized to conduct a national educational, membership and fund drive during the period from February 1 to June 30, 1972; and

WHEREAS, the Society needs additional time to raise more funds to achieve its goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the national educational, membership and fund drive of the Philippine Cancer Society, Inc., up to December 31, 1972.
