EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423 DATED JULY 12, 1957, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO MILITARY RESERVATION, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAKATI, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR LEASE CONCESSION

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 423 dated July 12, 1957, which established the Fort Andres Bonifacio Military Reservation, situated in the municipalities of Pasig, Taguig, Parañaque and Makati, Province of Rizal, and Pasay City, a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in the municipality of Makati and declare the same open for lease concession, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot A, being a portion of parcel 3, Psu-2031), situated in Fort Bonifacio, Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal. Bounded on the N., along points 1, 2 & 3 by the remaining portion of Parcel 3, Psu-2031; on the E, along points 3 to 4, by Lot C; on the S, along points 4, 5, 6, 7, & 8, by Lot B; and on the W., along points 8 to 1, by the Philippine National Railways. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S., 87 deg. — 32? E., 2123.80 M. from BLLM #1, Pasay Cadastre;

thence S72 deg. 43? E 209.54 M to point 3

thence S17 deg. 17? W 62.23 M to point 4

thence N72 deg. 43? W 53.63 M to point 5

beginning, containing an area of THIRTY ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR SQUARE METERS (31,484) more or less.
