[ Proclamation No. 1034, June 15, 1972 ]

RESERVING FOR THE USE OF THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION, THE BUREAU OF SOILS, THE BUREAU OF PLANT INDUSTRY, THE BUREAU OF LANDS AND THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF IPIL, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE SAID MUNICIPALITY.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for nursery, experimental station, office building and cemetery sites purposes under the administration of the Commissioner of Agricultural Productivity, the Director of Soils, the Director of Plant Industry, the Director of Lands and the Municipal Government of Ipil, Zamboanga del Sur, as hereunder indicated, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to reimbursement of the value of the improvements thereon of occupants by the entities affected, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the said municipality, which are more particularly described as follows:
