AUTHORIZING THE 3RD WORLD MEN’S SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP ORGANIZING COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT a FUND DRIVE FROM JANUARY 1 TO MARCH 12, 1972.

WHEREAS, the Philippines .has been chosen as site for the Third World Men’s Softball Championship scheduled at the Rodriguez Sports Center, Marikina, Rizal, from March 4 to 12, 1972; and

WHEREAS, the Organizing Committee needs public support for the various facilities and amenities incident to the tournament to ensure its success and for the convenience of PARTICIPANTS and visitors;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Organizing Committee, THIRD WORLD MEN’S SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP, to conduct, a fund drive from January 1 to March 12, 1972.
