[ Proclamation No. 943, December 21, 1971 ]

AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE COOPERATIVE UNION LEAGUE TO CONDUCT a NATIONWIDE FUND DRIVE.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Cooperative Union League is an organization designed to encourage and promote the credit union movement in the Philippines; and

WHEREAS, the League needs the support of the public in its information, education and training program;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Philippine Cooperative Credit Union League to conduct a nationwide fund drive from February 1 to May 31, 1972.
