[ Proclamation No. 928, November 17, 1971 ]

FURTHER EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 852 dated May 14, 1971, the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association was authorized to extend its educational and fund campaign up to December 31, 1971; and

WHEREAS, the Association needs more time for the conduct of its drive;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the fund campaign of the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association up to June 30, 1972.
