AUTHORIZING THE SPECIAL CHILD ASSOCIATION OF CEBU INC., TO CONDUCT a FUND CAMPAIGN FROM NOVEMBER 15, 1971, TO FEBRUARY 20, 1972, IN THE VISAYAS AND MINDANAO, AREA.

WHEREAS, the Special Children Association of Cebu, Inc., is a non-profit, non-stock organization dedicated to the education, care and training and mentally retarded and physically handicapped children; and

WHEREAS, the Association needs the support of the public, for its worthy projects and services to indigent, retarded children;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Special Child Association of Cebu, Inc., to conduct a fund campaign from November 15, 1971, to February 20, 1972. I ask all residents of the Visayas and Mindanao region to support the drive to insure its success.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
