[ Proclamation No. 914, October 5, 1971 ]

EXTENDING THE NATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE TUBERCULOSIS SOCIETY, INC. UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1971.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Tuberculosis Society, Inc. was authorized under Proclamation No. 841-A dated April 22, 1971 to conduct its national educational and fund campaign from July 1 to October 31, 1971;

WHEREAS, fund campaign limitations occasioned by the November 8 election and other factors have constrained the Society to postpone urgent fund-raising projects; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary that the anti-TB campaign be extended to finance the Society’s free services to TB-afflicted citizens;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Philippine Tuberculosis Society, Inc. up to December 31, 1971.1aшphi1
