DESIGNATING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 1, 1971, TO MARCH 3, 1972, FOR THE NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP, EDUCATIONAL AND FUND DRIVE OF THE AEROSPACE ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC.

WHEREAS, aviation and aerospace technology are careers which should be encouraged among the youth of the land; and

WHEREAS, the educational, technological and recreational activities of the Aerospace Cadets of the Philippines need the support of the Filipino people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I ROBERTO V. REYES, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the period from October 1, 1971 to March 3, 1972, for the national membership, educational and fund drive of the Aerospace Association of the Philippines, Inc.
