MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 910, September 27, 1971 ] EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF THE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM AND LIBRARY, INC. EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND DRIVE TO DECEMBER 31, 1971. WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 819, dated March 1, 1971, authorized the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. to conduct its 1971 Educational, Membership and Fund Campaign during the period from March 1 to September 30, 1971; WHEREAS, a good part of the campaign period falls within the period of the electoral ban on fund raising for which reason the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. needs more time for the conduct of its fund drive for youth welfare and development projects; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the 1971 Educational, Membership and Fund Campaign of the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc.1aшphi1 up to December 31, 1971.
