MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 907, September 13, 1971 ] OFFERING a REWARD OF P500,000.00 TO BE GIVEN TO THE PERSON OR PERSONS PROVIDING INFORMATION LEADING TO THE IDENTIFICATION, ARREST AND FINAL CONVICTION OF THE PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PLAZA MIRANDA BOMBING OF AUGUST 21, 1971. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby offer a reward of P500,000.00 to be given to the person or persons who will provide information leading to the identification, arrest and final conviction of the person or persons responsible for the Plaza Miranda bombing of August 21, 1971, said reward to be given after certification by the Chief of the National Bureau of Investigation, who is hereby designated to administer said reward.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
