DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1971, AS a SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CAVITE.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 7, 1971, marks the thirty-first anniversary of the charter of the City of Cavite; and

WHEREAS, the people of the city should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in the history of their city;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary; by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 7, 1971, as a special public holiday in the City of Cavite.
