AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 740 DATED AUGUST 17, 1970, ENTITLED “RESERVING FOR HOUSING PROJECT PURPOSES OF THE FOREIGN TRADE ZONE a PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIVELES, PROVINCE OF BATAAN, ISLAND OF LUZON”, BY ENLARGING THE AREA COVERED THEREBY.
The area reserved under Proclamation No. 740, dated August 17, 1970, for housing project site purposes of the Foreign Trade Zone Authority in Mariveles, Bataan, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 626-P Mariveles Cad.) situated in the barrio of Paniquian, municipality of Mariveles, province of Bataan, island of Luzon.
