MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 899, August 31, 1971 ] RESERVING FOR QUARRY SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIVELES, PROVINCE OF BATAAN. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for quarry site purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Public Works, subject to private rights, if there be any, to future survey, and to its reversion to the Foreign Trade Zone after the mountains are levelled, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of Mariveles, province of Bataan, which is more particularly described as follows: A parcel of land bounded in the North by line BC; on the East by line CD; on the South by Sisiman Bay; and on the West by line AB.1aшphi1 Beginning at a point marked “A” which is in the direction South 40º30' west and 1,820 meters more or less, from point “1” which is the East corner of the NASSCO dry-dock entrance; thence due North 2,730 m. to point B; thence due West, 2,270 m. to point C; thence due south, 2,970 m. to point D; thence, westward along the coastline of Sisiman Bay to the point of beginning “A”, containing an area of 497.034 hectares, more or less. Points 1, A, B, C & D referred to are indicated in the attached plan. All existing proclamations in conflict herewith are modified accordingly.
