RESERVING a SITE FOR PROPOSED BUS TERMINAL a PORTION OF THE NORTH HARBOR, TONDO, MANILA.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for bus terminal purposes, under the administration of the Public Service Commission, subject to private rights, if any there be, a portion of the North Harbor, Tondo, Manila, and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point mark “1” which is in the direction S 76°07' away from the Southeast corner of the existing Pier 12 at North Harbor, Tondo, Manila, with a distance of 153.91 meters;

thence N. 3°14' W, a distance of 200.00 meters to point 2

thence N. 85°48' E, a distance of 54.00 meters to point 3

thence S. 3°14' E, a distance of 200.00 meters to point 4

thence S. 35°48' W, a distance of 54.00 meters to point 1

the point of beginning, containing an area of 10,800 square meters, more or less. Points 1 to 4 referred to are indicated in the attached plan.
