[ Proclamation No. 863, June 8, 1971 ]

RESERVING FOR COMMUNAL FISHING GROUND PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN COMPRISING a PORTION OF THE FORESHORE FRONTING TAMBAC BAY AND LINGAYEN GULF ALONG THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALAMINOS, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for communal fishing ground purposes, subject only to the proposed barrio site in Lucap, certain parcels of land of the public domain comprising a portion of the foreshore fronting Tambac Bay and Lingayen Gulf along the Municipality of Alaminos, Province of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon, covering an area of approximately 2,000 hectares, which are more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked BLLM No. 1, Alaminos, Pangasinan, to corner 1 N30º-00’W 10,500.00 meters, thence

1-2 due North 1,000.00 meters;
2-3 Southeastward 1,000.00 meters away from the shoreline of Tambac Bay and Lingayen Gulf with a length of 20,000.00 meters;
3-4 due South 1,000.00 meters;
4-1 Southwestward along the shoreline of Lingayen Gulf and Tambac Bay

All permits, lease agreements or agreements of any kind, and pending sales application, saltwork applications, fishpond applications, foreshore lease applications or other similar applications covering or involving areas embraced in this proclamation are hereby deemed rejected or cancelled in the public interest. Sales or free patents or titles issued over any portion of the reservation in violation of the Public Land Act or existing laws and regulations shall, after proper proceedings, be cancelled.
