[ Proclamation No. 854, May 17, 1971 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 223 DATED MARCH 25, 1964, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE REGIONAL BUILDING SITE RESERVATION OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES AT THE CITY OF CEBU.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 223 dated March 25, 1964, which reserved for regional building site purposes of the Central Bank of the Philippines a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and reserve the land embraced therein for shrine purposes under the administration of the National Shrines Commission.
