FURTHER EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE AMATEUR SWIMMING ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 778, dated December 1, 1970, the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association was authorized to extend its educational and fund campaign up to June 30, 1971; and

WHEREAS, to carry out its goals and objectives, the Association needs additional time for its educational and fund campaign;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the educational and fund campaign of the Philippine Amateur Swimming Association up to December 31, 1971.
