DECLARING FRIDAY, MAY 7, 1971, AS a SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN SAN PABLO CITY.

WHEREAS, Friday, May 7, 1971, marks the 31st charter anniversary of the City of San Pablo; and

WHEREAS, the residents of said city should be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, May 7, 1971, as a special public holiday in San Pablo City.
