MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 841, April 20, 1971 ] AUTHORIZING THE PRESS PHOTOGRAPHERS OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT a NATIONWIDE FUND CAMPAIGN FROM APRIL 15 TO JUNE 15, 1971. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Press Photographers of the Philippines to conduct a nationwide fund campaign from April 15 to June 15, 1971, to enable the association to carry out its laudable objectives.
