By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FLORES BAYOT, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the period from May 30 to June 6, 1971, as “Chemical Engineering Week” under the auspices of the Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers.
