RESERVING FOR DEMONSTRATION SITES FOR PUBLIC HOUSING PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN TONDO, MANILA.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve as demonstration sites for public housing, either on a permanent or provisional basis, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future final survey, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Tondo Foreshore Area, Manila, more particularly described as follows:

(1) Parcel I (NAWASA Compound) – Beginning at a point marked “10” which is in the direction S°37-41' W, and 771.10 meters, more or less, from BLLM No. 7, Manila Cadastre, Tondo, Manila.

Thence, approximately N 87° -06’E, a distance of 140.00 meters, more or less, to point 11;

Thence, approximately S 2° -54’E, a distance of 145.00 meters, more or less, to point 12;

Thence, approximately S 87° -06’W, a distance of 140.00 meters, more or less, to point 13;

Thence, approximately N 2° -54’W, a distance of 145.00 meters, more or less, to point 10,

which is the point of beginning, containing an area of 20,300 square meters, more or less. Points 10 to 13 referred to are indicated in the attached plan.

(2) Parcel II (BPW-BPH Yard) – Beginning

 at a point marked “14” which is in the direction N 69°-30’W and 685.44 meters, more or less from BLLM No. 7, Manila Cadastre, Tondo, Manila.

Thence, approximately N 35°-13' E, a distance of 60.00 meters, more or less, to point 15;

Thence, approximately S 4° -47' E, a distance of 140 meters, more or less, to point 16;

Thence, approximately N 85° -13' E, a distance of 25.00 meters, more or less, to point 17;

Thence, approximately S 4° -47' E, a distance of 85.00 meters, more or less, to point 18;

Thence, approximately S 85° -13' W, a distance of 85.00 meters, more or less, to point 19;

Thence, approximately N 4° -47’W, a distance of 225.00 meters, more or less to point 14,

which is the point of beginning, containing an area of 15,625 square meters, more or less. Points 14 to 19 referred to are indicated in the attached plan.1aшphi1

(3) Parcel III (NASSCO-Rawis Tulungan Area) Beginning at a point marked “20”, which is in the direction N 40-57' W and 1050 meters, more or less, from BLLM No. 7, Manila Cadastre, Tondo, Manila.

Thence, approximately N 85° -13' E, a distance of 60.00 meters, more or less, to point 21;

Thence, approximately S 4° -47’E, a distance of 195,00 meters, more or less, to point 22;

Thence, approximately N 85° -13’E, a distance of 28.00 meters, more or less, to point 23;

Thence, approximately S 4° -47' E, a distance of 205.00 meters, more or less, to point 24;

Thence, approximately S 85° -13' W, a distance of 88.00 meters, more or less, to point 25;

Thence, approximately N 4° -47' W, a distance of 400.00 meters, more or less, to point 20,

which is the point beginning, containing an area of 29,740 square meters, more or less. Points 20 to 25 referred to are indicated in the attached plan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
