RESERVING a PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR NATIONAL PARK PURPOSES TO BE KNOWN AS THE “ST. PAUL SUBTERRANEAN NATIONAL PARK” SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 3915, as amended, and Republic Act No. 826, I, FERDINAND E, MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for national park purposes, to be known as the “St. Paul Subterranean National Park”, under the administration of the Parks and Wildlife Office, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Buenavista, Municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Corner 1 is a rock 30 ft. high, corner 2 is a malagui tree 30 cm. diam., corner 3 is an aluyao tree 40 cm. diam.; corner 4 is an ipil tree 120 cm. diam., corner 5 is a sakat tree 30 cm. diam., corner 6 is a malugai tree 20 cm. diam.; corner 7 is a banaba tree 16 cm. diam., corner 8 is an antipolo tree 14 cm. diam., corner 9 is an amuguis tree 16 cm. diam., corner 10 is an ilang-ilang tree 24 cm. diam., corner 11 is a malugai tree 30 cm. diam., corner 12 is a dagondong tree 30 cm. diam., corner 13 is a dagondong tree 40 cm. diam., corner 14 is a malugai tree 50 cm. diam., corner 15 is a kidkidan tree 30 cm. diam., corner 16 is an apitong tree 36 cm. diam., corner 17 is a malugai tree 30 cm. diam., corner 18 is an aripa tree 12 cm. diam., corner 19 is a kamagong tree 40 cm. diam., corner 20 is an apitong tree 40 cm. diam., corner 21 is a malugai tree 40 cm. diam., corner 22 is a cotaban tree 25 cm. diam., corner 23 is a pangoyo tree 20 cm. diam., corner 24 is a bayoso tree 26 cm. diam., corner 25 is a malugai tree 30 cm. diam., corner 28 is an ipil tree 30 cm. diam., corner 29 is a standing rock and corners 26 and 27 are stakes on top of rocky hill and corners 30, 31, 32, and 33 are stakes.
