AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 202 DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 1937, BY REDUCING THE AREA RESERVED THEREIN FOR THE CENTRAL CEBU NATIONAL PARK PURPOSES, SITUATED IN THE CITIES OF CEBU AND TOLEDO, AND MUNICIPALITY OF BALAMBAN, CEBU, FROM 15,393.5833 HECTARES TO 11,893.5833 HECTARES AND DECLARING THE PORTION OF 3,500 HECTARES OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 202 dated September 15, 1937, establishing the Central Cebu National Park, by excluding a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in the Cities of Cebu and Toledo and Municipality of Balamban, Cebu, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion in more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (portion of the Central Cebu National Park”, situated in the Cities of Cebu and Toledo and Municipality of Balamban, Cebu.1aшphi1 Bounded on the South by City of Cebu and City of Toledo; on the West by City of Toledo and Hinomagan Creek; on the Northwest and North by Balamban Cadastre, Case No. 5 (Alienable and Disposable, Certified March 26, 1936) and on the East by the remaining portion of the Central Cebu National Park. Beginning at a point marked “75” of the Map of the Central Cebu National Park (NP-17), thence follows the line 75-76 up to point 227 and from point 227 a straight line back to point 75, containing an approximate area of 3,500 hectares (Three Thousand Five Hundred hectares).

NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to change based on future surveys.”

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
