EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE DAVAO PENAL COLONY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, a CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SETTLEMENT PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION AND DISPOSITION OF THE LAND AUTHORITY.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Davao Penal Colony Reservation situated in the municipality of Sto. Tomas, province of Davao del Norte, island of Mindanao, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for settlement purposes under the administration and disposition of the Land Authority, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:
