EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE DAVAO PENAL COLONY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, a CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR SETTLEMENT PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAND AUTHORITY.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Davao Penal Colony Reservation situated in the municipality of Panabo, province of Davao del Norte, island of Mindanao, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for settlement purposes under the administration and disposition of the Land Authority, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which portion is more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land (portion of Lot No. 4710 and segregated from the Davao Penal Colony Reservation pursuant to the Authority No. Sgs-2374, series of 1962) situated in the Barrio of Dujali, Municipality of Panabo, Province of Davao, Bounded on the North along line 40 to 1, the point of the beginning, by Logan Area, along line 1-7, by Tagum Cad. 276. Case 2, on the East along line 7-15 by Tagum Cad. 276, Case 3, on the South by the Davao Penal Colony and along line 23-40 by the Tuganay River.
