MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 821, March 1, 1971 ] FIXING ANOTHER PERIOD WITHIN WHICH APPLICATION FOR FREE PATENT MAY BE FILED IN THE PROVINCES OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE, AGUSAN DEL SUR, COTABATO, SOUTH COTABATO, BUKIDNON, LANAO DEL NORTE, LANAO DEL SUR, DAVAO CITY, DAVAO DEL NORTE, DAVAO ORIENTAL, DAVAO DEL SUR, SULU, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, BENGUET, KALINGA-APAYAO, AND IFUGAO. Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 45 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended by Republic Act No. 107 and Republic Act No. 2061, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby fix the period from January 1, 1969 to December 31, 1973, within which applications for free patent may be filed by persons entitled to land grant in the provinces of Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Cotabato, South Cotabato, Bukidnon, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Davao City, Davao del Norte, Davao Oriental, Davao del Sur, Sulu, Mountain Province, Benguet, Kalinga-Apayao and Ifugao.
