DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 1971, AS a SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BAGO CITY.
WHEREAS, Friday, February 19, 1971, marks the fifth anniversary of the charter of Bago City; and
WHEREAS, the City residents should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare Friday, February 19, 1971, as a special public holiday in Bago City.
