DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1971, AS a SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN CALOOCAN CITY.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 16, 1971, marks the 9th foundation anniversary of Caloocan City; and

WHEREAS, the people of Caloocan City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their City’s history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President-of the Philippines, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 16, 1971, as a special public holiday in Caloocan City.
