[ Proclamation No. 797, January 22, 1971 ]

AUTHORIZING THE BOY SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES, PASAY CITY COUNCIL, TO CONDUCT a FUND CAMPAIGN FROM JANUARY 16 TO APRIL 15, 1971.

WHEREAS, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Pasay City Council, needs funds for the reconstruction of its typhoon-damaged headquarters, the focal point of its character building program; and

WHEREAS, the organization needs the support of all civic-spirited citizens to enable the organization to carry on with its program;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Pasay City Council, to conduct a fund drive from January 16 to April 15, 1971.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
