DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER 26, 1970; THURSDAY, DECEMBER 31, 1970, AND SATURDAY, JANUARY 2, 1971, AS SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

WHEREAS, Saturday, December 26, 1970; Thursday, December 31, 1970, and Saturday. January 2, 1971, may be declared special public holidays without detriment to the public service;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me under Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Saturday, December 26, 1970; Thursday, December 31, 1970, and Saturday, January 2, 1971, as special public holidays.1aшphi1
