DESIGNATING THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 15 TO MAY 15, 1971, FOR THE 1971 NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE PHILIPPINE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION, INC. (PMHA).

WHEREAS, good mental health is essential in enabling people to adjust to existing situations and to give their share in the common task of nation building;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Mental Health Association, Inc. during its two decades of existence has demonstrated the value and importance of its services in the promotion of good mental health and in the preventive, curative and rehabilitative aspects of mental illness; and

WHEREAS, it is a proven fact that the more members are enrolled in the movement the greater and the wider the out-reach of its educational campaign for good mental health is achieved;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the period from January 15 to May 15, 1971, for the 1971 National Membership, Educational and Fund Campaign of the Philippine Mental Health Association. I call upon all residents to assist in this campaign and to give it their wholehearted support.1aшphi1
