MARCOS, President of the Philippines, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR, Executive Secretary, do hereby declare the first week of March of every year as Aviation Week under the auspices of the Civil Aviation Administration. Proclamation No. 732 dated August 5, 1970, is hereby revoked.
