EXTENDING THE PERIOD WITHIN WHICH THE NATIONAL GERIATRIC CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC., MAY CONDUCT ITS NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN.

WHEREAS, the National Geriatric Civic Association, Inc., was granted authority under Proclamation No. 675 dated March 31, 1970, to conduct a national educational, membership and fund campaign from April 1 to September 30, 1970; and

WHEREAS, in view, among other reasons, of the pre-election ban against public solicitation of contributions, the organization was not able to begin and undertake its campaign to carry out its medical care program for the aged;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALEJANDRO MELCHOR Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E, MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the period during which the National Geriatric Civic Association, Inc., may conduct its national educational, membership and fund drive from November 15, 1970, to April 30, 1971.
