AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 743, DATED AUGUST 25, 1970, BY TRANSFERRING THE CELEBRATION OF THE PHILIPPINE CONSTRUCTION WEEK TO THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 23 TO 29, 1970.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby transfer the celebration of the Philippine Construction Week from the period August 11 to 17, 1970, as promulgated under Proclamation No. 743 dated August 25, 1970 to the period from November 23 to 29, 1970.1aшphi1
