MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 769-a, October 29, 1970 ] EXTENDING THE FUND DRIVE OF THE KIWANIS CLUB OF MAKATI TO THE PERIOD FROM NOVEMBER 15, 1970, TO JANUARY 31, 1971. I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 694 dated May 21, 1970, which authorized the Kiwanis Club of Makati to conduct a fund drive from June 1 to October 31, 1970, by extending the said fund drive to the period from November 15, 1970, to January 31, 1971.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
