MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 766, October 26, 1970 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 339 DATED SEPTEMBER 3, 1956, WHICH AMENDED PROCLAMATION NO. 357 DATED DECEMBER 2, 1952, AND VESTING IN THE GOVERNOR OF THE LAND AUTHORITY THE POWER TO ADMINISTER AND DISPOSE OF SUCH AREAS EMBRACED THEREIN. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and the Governor of the Land Authority, in order to promote administrative efficiency in the speedy distribution and titling of settlement lots within the area embraced in the settlement project established under Proclamation No. 357 dated December 2, 1952, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested upon me by law, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 339, Series of 1956, which amended said Proclamation No. 357, and transfer to the Governor of the Land Authority the power and authority to dispose of the lands covered thereby.
